We understand that the love for hockey begins early, and our goal is to support everyone on their development journey..
The 101Foundation academy is designed for players aged 9 to 11 (school years 5 and 6), welcoming both beginners and those with more experience.
Many of our top coaches from our performance and talent academies are involved in the foundation academy ensuring high quality hockey coaching for all involved!
This 5-week academy focuses on various aspects of hockey, providing a fun and engaging environment that caters to young players embarking on their hockey journey.

We know the importance of being able to move in the right way to play hockey or any sport. We spend time in each session working on movement and fundamental movement patterns to help all involved to be able to play whatever sports they love to play!

Our foundation academies are for everyone! We will make sure that if you already play for a club or if you have only just started we will be able to help you in your development.

We make sure that we support those that are already goalies or those that just want to give it a go!
